Being soap makers ourselves, we understand the challenges soap enthusiasts may encounter. This is especially so in Singapore, where regulations can make obtaining and using lye challenging. Plus, we know how quickly expenses of quality equipment and soap making ingredients can add up! Our Maker Space is fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment and accommodates up to 4 pax every DIY session . We also offer an extensive selection of ingredients, including lye, for purchase, making the soap making process even more accessible and convenient for you. In this 2-hour workshop, you will exercise the fundamental knowledge of working with different base oils and natural colouring additives to learn intermediate colour and swirling techniques. All necessary ingredients and soap making equipment will be provided. We’ll also review safety precautions for handling lye (sodium hydroxide) during the workshop.
