In this 2-hour workshop, you will exercise the fundamental knowledge of working with different base oils and natural colouring additives to learn intermediate colour and swirling techniques. All necessary ingredients and soap making equipment will be provided. We’ll also review safety precautions for handling lye (sodium hydroxide) during the workshop. Are all ingredients/materials provided in a soap making class? Yes. All ingredients/materials and equipment will be provided, you do not need to bring anything to the class. Are all ingredients/materials provided in soap making classes natural and vegan? Yes. We use natural plant-based and mineral-based ingredients only. What are the costs of soap making ingredients if I would like to rent your workshop? You can download our latest price list here or email us with the ingredients you need and we will advise you with the availability and costs. Can I make different scents/types of soap during a soap making class? The soap you make in a class is limited to one type of recipe and scent only. Is there a workshop for kids (4 - 6 year olds)? Yes. We do conduct Melt & Pour Soap Art Making which are suitable for kids. Please note that our cold process soap making classes are for 12 years old and above only. Do you conduct workshop outside your studio? Yes. We can conduct soap making and other DIY crafting worskshops at your premises. Our workshops are kept intimate and small, typically limited to no more than 4 participants, to ensure personalised attention and a higher-quality learning experience for everyone. Our Soap Basics: Melt & Pour Soap Making Workshop is suitable for kids aged 3 and above, while our cold process soap making workshops are suitable for kids aged 12 and above. What workshops do you offer other than soap making? We also offer natural skincare workshops where participants can craft lotions, balms, and moisturisers suitable for sensitive skin. As such, we do not provide the flexibility to mix and match different workshops within the same package. If I purchase a package plan, how much time do I have to decide if I want to use the add-on promotion? When you purchase a package, you will receive a discount code for add-on promotions. This code can be used during the validity period of your package. For instance, with the Starter Pack, any additional add-ons must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.
